Party with a Purpose on July 23rd
There are countless valiant ways to support non-profit organizations, and this is the action taken by these two local enterprises this month:
Beacon Builders, Inc, a local Savannah based new home builder, and the Nine Line Foundation a local Savannah based organization that aids severely wounded veterans, is honored to announce their partnership.
In honor of our country’s military, each new home bought from Beacon Builders, Inc by active duty and veteran military families that contracts to buy one of their homes in the month of JULY, $1,000 will be donated to the Nine Line Foundation at the time of closing, in the buyer’s honor. The new home buyer will also be given an additional $2,000 in FREE upgrades.
“We are honored to partner with a local foundation that actively engages in aiding our military,” says Co-President Candler Wilson, “and we’re excited to offer incentives for the people and families of our country’s military. This concept adds value to all parties involved, especially the new home owners.”
The Nine Line Foundation is a non-profit, 100% Volunteer Force, so all monies collected go directly to meeting the financial and specialized needs of their most SEVERELY WOUNDED VETERANS.
There’s also as a celebratory promotion coming up to support fundraising for the foundation and highlight the current incentives for new home buyers. Beacon Builders, Inc. and Nine Line are hosting a pool party in the new community; free to the public.
The event will be in the Towne Park Subdivision in Pooler, GA on Saturday, July 23rd from 11-3; to showcase the brand new town homes for sale. Everyone will have an opportunity to tour the homes, meet a Nine Line Foundation member and staff, mingle with residents of the community and the talk to the builder. There will be a live DJ from Y100 broadcasting from the community pool area, FREE hamburgers and hotdogs and a raffle each half-hour for potential home buyers. One luck future homeowner that goes under contract that weekend will win a free 50” TV!
This inaugural venture with the two local organizations is just the beginning of many purpose-filled joint events for the years ahead.

The Nine Line Foundation’s goal is to rebuild, strengthen and enrich the quality of life of wounded veterans—one soldier at a time. They also have an apparel shop located on President’s Street. In combat, a Nine Lineis an emergency medevac request, and is often the difference between life and death for the most severely wounded soldiers. Nine Line Foundation aims to serve in a similar manner, offering a lifeline once wounded veterans return stateside.
